Your Mission
The company's entire success and continued expansion depend on the strategic work of the Talent Partner, People Connection & Attraction team. This position serves as a trusted advisor to our internal business partners and is in charge of finding, luring, and employing top-tier talent. In Somerville, Massachusetts, PUMA is currently seeking a Talent Partner to join our expanding team. In this capacity, he or she will oversee the development of strategic hiring strategies for key positions that support our hiring managers and the expansion of the Regional and Boston International teams' businesses.
- Manage full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for all organizational levels within multiple business units delivering against service standards and hiring best practices
- Partner with business stakeholders to implement innovative recruiting strategies based on current market conditions and trends for respective roles
- Qualify, present, and recommend candidates to meet the needs of hiring managers by evaluating candidate fit, work experience, references, and other applicable information
- Leverage social media, resume databases, search engines and networking sites, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, university partnerships, job fairs, community involvement to drive efficient and effective recruiting methods to identify and recruit top talent
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources teams during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Compile and quality check all monthly and quarterly metrics reporting; evaluate trends that drive opportunities for improvement
- Partner with multi-location and global hiring managers to create talent and D&I strategies that increases quality hires and develops strong relationships
- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Your Talent:
- 5-7 years’ full cycle recruitment experience preferably in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
- Success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and collaborate in a culture of continuous improvement
- Workday experience preferred
