Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
End-to-end product conceptualization, design guidance, design review, development, validation, and delivery to the end customer.
Coordination of project activities with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
guiding various electronic manufacturing processes and providing more options to cater to new technology
To have a thorough understanding of all EE systems in order to create the complete EE vehicle architecture by capturing all hardware and software logics.
To have a good understanding of other interface systems such as transmission, brakes, HVAC, and safety systems in order to compile the complete vehicle architecture from an EE standpoint.
to have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems such as harnesses, switches, lighting systems, machines, and displays
Knowledge of all vehicle subsystems is required in order to design the vehicle's interface architecture.
to have a basic understanding of all communication protocols such as CAN LIN
To design, develop, and implement all electrical electronic features in the specific platform vehicle while adhering to all regulatory standards/requirements and staying within the project time frame.
Begin, interact with CFT Lead the system integration design engineers to realize the required EE feature with Quality, Cost, and Time.
Evaluating existing and new designs for compliance with internal and external standards, as well as reviewing designs for compliance with various governmental regulations
All technical specifications for components/systems are being released to suppliers.
Validating the components by creating proper test cases at both the component and vehicle levels in order to provide a problem-free product to the customer.
Meeting the cost targets without sacrificing product quality, as well as developing some cost-effective solutions through IMCR/VAVE activities.
Field failure analysis: Analyzing field-reported issues and providing solutions to reduce/eliminate them, as well as capturing that specific issue in future products.
Should be familiar with the operation of BOM details of components.
Must have strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the field of expertise. Quality tools, DFMEA, and design reviews are all used. Project administration
Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer programs are used with ease.
